Night Eating Syndrome

Night Eating Syndrome refers to the consumption of a third or more of daily food intake after the evening meal and getting out of bed at least once during the night to have a high-calorie snack. In the morning, individuals with Night Eating Syndrome are not hungry and do not usually eat breakfast. These individuals do not binge during their night eating and seldom purge.

Night terror is defined as a state of panic during NREM sleep. An experience of intense anxiety during sleep from which a person awakens screaming in terror.

Nihilism

Nihilism is defined as the belief that there is no value or truth. Literally, a belief in nothing (Nihil). Moreover, Nihilism refers to the belief that because what is considered true varies from person to person, any search for universal (interpersonal) truth will fail. In other words, there is no one truth, only truths. The Sophists were Nihilists.
