- Transvestic Fetishism : Transvestic Fetishism refers to a paraphilia in which the preferred or exclusive method of sexual arousal or orgasm is through wearing the clothing of the other sex; paraphilia in which individuals. Usually males has an uncontrollable craving to dress in women's clothing in order to derive sexual gratification or sexually aroused or receive gratification by wearing clothing of the opposite sex.
