Urophilia refers to one of the paraphilias which is characterized by marked distress over, or acting on, sexual urges that involve urine or contact with urine to derive sexual satisfaction.

A sexual variation in which the person derives sexual excitement from urine or urination. A paraphilia of the fetishistic/talismanic type in which sexuoerotic arousal and facilitation or attainment of orgasm are responsive to, and [dependent upon] {contingent on} being urinated upon and/or swallowing urine
