Collaborative learning the third stage of cultural learning in the theory of cultural learning of Tomasello et al. which involves two (2) or more individuals, with neither being an authority or expert, and occurs in the process of peer interaction when two (2) people work together to solve a common problem; contrast with imitative learning, instructed learning.
