Confirmation bias is a a tendency to search for information that confirms one's preconceptions. Confirmation Bias is the tendency to behave toward others in ways that confirm your expectations about them. Moreover, it is a tendency to seek only information consistent with one’s hypothesis.

A perceived incompatibility of actions or goals. Conflict is a state of opposition, disagreement or incompatibility between two or more people or groups of people, which is sometimes characterized by physical violence. Conflict is another term for a dispute.
