Enlarged ventricles

Enlarged ventricles refer to fluid-filled spaces in the brain that are larger than normal and suggest Atrophy or deterioration in other brain tissue

Enlightenment

Enlightenment refers to a period during which Western philosophy embraced the belief that unbiased reason or the objective methods of science could reveal the principles governing the universe. Once discovered, these principles could be used for the betterment of humankind.

Enmeshed refers to a relationship dynamic in which the boundaries between individuals are blurred, and there is a profound lack of differentiation between one's own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and those of the other person. In such systems, members are overly concerned and deeply involved in each other’s lives, where emotional and psychological boundaries are highly permeable.

Enmeshed families

Enmeshed families is defined as families in which there is extreme interdependence in family interactions, so that the boundaries between the identities of individual members are weak and easily crossed

Enmeshed relationships

Enmeshed relationships refer to a relationships which is characterized by over-involvement in one another to the extent that any change in one family member is met by strong resistance by the others. Individuality is viewed as a threat to this kind of relationship.

Enmeshment

Enmeshment is defined as a situation in which none of the members of a family has a true sense of personal identity, because everything is done together.

Enmeshment/Undeveloped Self

Enmeshment/Undeveloped Self is defined as the sense that a person do not have an identity or "individuated self" that is separate from one or more significant others, such as the life partner/lover or family.
