Mirror technique

Mirror technique observing another person re-enact one's own behavior, like a character in a play or a movie which is designed to help persons see themselves more clearly. Mirror technique, moreover, is a process in which the auxiliary tries to copy the postures, expressions, and words of the protagonist so that the protagonist can view the perceptions of his/her behavior as held by another person.

Mirror-image is defined as perceptions reciprocal views of one another usually held by parties in conflict, as in each may view itself as moral and peace-loving and the other as evil and aggressive.
