Environmental dependency syndrome (stimulusbound)

- Environmental dependency syndrome (stimulusbound) : Environmental dependency syndrome (stimulusbound) refer to the Neuropsychological syndrome characterized by an over-responsiveness to environmental stimuli due to a loss of inhibitory control, usually as a consequence of bilateral frontal damage.

Environmental determinism

Environmental determinism is defined as the type of determinism that stresses causes of behavior that are external to the organism. Environmental determinism is the notion that children are passive creatures who are molded by their environments.

Environmental hypothesis refers to the notion that groups differ in IQ because the environments in which they are raised are not equally conducive to intellectual growth.

Environmental illness

Environmental illness is a newly identified phenomenon that refers to a polysymptomatic disorder associated with immune system dysfunction and allergy-like sensitivity to many compounds found in chemicals, foods, clothing, perfumes, and substances found in the air. Environmental illness is also called Total environmental allergy syndrome.
