Inter-role conflict is defined as a clash between competing or incompatible sets of roles, most usually seen in work versus family settings. Also spelled Interrole conflict. Please see also Interrole conflict

Interact is when the effects of one drug are modified by the presence of another drug. There is also an effect between the behavior of two persons.

Interacting group is a collection of individuals who work together to perform a task.

Interaction is an experimental result that occurs when the levels of one independent variable are differentially affected by the levels of other independent variables; the effect of one factor as in biology depends on another factor such as environment.

The Interaction model of anxiety is based on a distinction between state anxiety (A - State) and trait anxiety (A - Trait). A - State is a transitory condition characterized by a response of tension and apprehension.

Interaction process analysis is a method devised by Bales in which observers code the behavior of group members in terms of various categories.

Interactional content is content of a sentence that conveys the speaker's attitude toward the listener. Utterances that are high in interactional content include jokes, insults, and excessively polite speech.

Interactional justice refers to the perceived fairness of the interpersonal treatment that employees receive.
