Occupational priorities refer to the reasons why one works and how one views them.

Occupational Psychology refers to the application of Psychology within work and business. The areas of study include personnel selection and assessment, training and learning, organisational development, individual well-being at work, Ergonomics, and research methods. Occupational Psychology is also commonly known as Business Psychology, Work Psychology, Organisational Psychology and Industrial Psychology.

Occupational therapists refer to trained and licensed individuals who work with emotionally and/or physically disabled people to determine skill levels and to develop a rehabilitation program to build on and expand these skills.

Occupational therapy or OT refers to a rehabilitation specialty that focuses on improving self -care activities such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as activities concerned with a person's occupation and avocation.

OCD is the abbreviations of Obsessive-compulsive disorder which refers to an extreme preoccupation with certain thoughts and compulsive performance of certain behaviors; persistent and uncontrollable thoughts or feelings in which individuals feel compelled to repeat behaviors again and again.

Octave are tones that have frequencies that are binary multiples of each other (2, 4, etc.). For example, an 800-Hz tone is one Octave above a 400-Hz tone.

Ocular dominance refers to the degree to which a neuron is influenced by stimulation of each eye. A neuron has a large amount of Ocular dominance if it responds only to stimulation of one eye. There is no Ocular dominance if the neuron responds equally to stimulation of both eyes.
