Prader-Willi syndrome

Prader-Willi syndrome refers to a complex genetic disorder associated with an abnormality of chromosome 15. Children with Prader-Willi syndrome typically suffer from short stature, mental retardation or learning disabilities , incomplete sexual development, certain behavior problems, low muscle tone, and an involuntary urge to eat constantly.
