Primary qualities refer to attributes of physical objects, such as size, shape, number, position, and movement or rest.
Primary receiving areas refer to the areas of the cerebral cortex that first receive most of the signals initiated by a sense’s receptors. The Occipital cortex is the site of the primary receiving area for vision, for example and the Temporal lobe is the site of the Primary receiving area for hearing.
Primary reinforcer refers to any reinforcer that loses its effectiveness only temporarily through satiation; non-learned reinforcers often those that satisfy physiological needs.
